Working on the songs for the new HIRAX album

Well, now that the HIRAX "El Diablo Negro" 7" Picture Disc and "Thrash of the Titans" compilations album have both been released at the end of February...things have gotten really busy. I just finished remixing and remastering all the tapes from HIRAX "Blasted in Bangkok" (to be released on 10" vinyl and CD) as well as the never before released Phantasm album (to be released on 12" vinyl and CD). Which should be out in April or May at the latest. I can't believe how incredibly brutal and overpowering these two records sound! I would have never thought when they were recorded that they would sound the way that they do today. I want everybody to know that when these records hit the stores they will be totally getting their money's worth. The release dates will be posted so keep an eye on this website.
We've also been working on a few classical pieces... "Black Widow," "French Pearl," "Jade," and the ultra mega heavy... "Beyond the Church." Those are just some of the titles. At the same time that we record this new record we will also be recording extra tracks for various compilations and also the tribute compilation for the Accused. The song that we have agreed to do is "Mechanized Death" There were so many great songs to pick from. There will also be a Hirax/Anal Cunt split 7" in the very near future. There is talk of touring, but all that is on hold until all these recordings are done. We'll keep you posted. Thanks for all your support...

Per Mollen Jensen from Swedish, metal gods, The Haunted (Earache Records), will play drums on the new Hirax album. We are very happy to have him join in the Hirax camp.
